Labor Day weekend, Guy Fieri and the Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives team rolled in to San Antonio to visit Chris Conger and the Smoke Shack Team. Having previously met Conger, during a previous visit to San Antonio with mutual friends. Guy was already familiar with the amazing BBQ from Smoke Shack. This time around it would be to sample the Brisket Corn Chip Pie, and The Big Dog. The Big Dog is a massive sandwich piled high with Pulled Pork, Chopped Brisket, slaw with feta cheese, and two of house made sauces.
